Bhakkar District.

Bhakkar is the city of Punjab, and also the district of Punjab. Bhakkar was the part of Mainwale in 1982. Mankara, Jundawala, Darya Khan, Kalur Kot and Dullawala are the tahsil of Bhakkar district.

     

The name of Bhakkar:
Most of the historian says that the name of "Bhakkar "is the name on "Bhakhu".Bhaku was a person owner of "Uttern family".The Uttern family live in Bhakkar nowadays. We cannot deny this thing in ancient time, the name of cities, areas, and villages on the name of humans and also on the name of animals. For example, the name of "Jandawale "on the name of the famous tree "JANDA".

THE MEANINGS OF 'BHAKKAR":

There are no meanings of word "Bhakkar".It is a word of "Hindi Language" which means "home, "Bungalow" ' bare".

1-The floods of the Indus Sindh have been destroyed frequently and the township was ruined, and then Bhakkar rescued a long time in "Bhakkar railway station".

2-After long time, a Hindu named 'Hindu Rajput Bhakhu'lived in this area, and also his followers came and lived in this area. Then this place called Bhakhu and again named change into "Bhakkar".

3-In an era, a person descended named "Bhakho".He was the owner of "Uttern Tribes".Then the name of the Bhakkar was found in his name.

4-The Bhakkar people are living in Shahpur(district Sargodha0). Maybe those people lived in Bhakkar and then migrated there.-

5-There is a town near the Shakkar road in Sindh province, from where the Naqi family of emperor emigrated and scattered and settled in time around.

6-later, local Baloch intellectuals that the name of Bhakkar is the religion of the name of Sardar Bhakkar Khan Hath Baloch, which is also a graveyard in the ancient cemetery. It is very difficult to find their effects. This tradition is also described as a futuristic race in the fifteenth century. The people came and settled.
